REGESA: Setting the Standard for Discreet, Modern Access

At REGESA, we are redefining how individuals with visible and non-visible disabilities navigate the world—through intelligent design, professional discretion, and strategic choice. Our subscription-based model provides an optional, digitally verified access tool, developed to support confident, uninterrupted entry into both public and private environments.

While there is no statutory obligation to carry or display such documentation under UK law, the REGESA solution functions as a proactive mechanism, mitigating unnecessary challenges and reducing the potential for gatekeeping behaviours. It is not about seeking permission—it is about asserting your legal rights with consistency and control.

Designed for those who expect a frictionless experience, our platform delivers clarity and professionalism in every interaction. Membership includes access to an expanding portfolio of services, with forthcoming integration into the Airpass App, and—for select clients—tailored travel support and private coordination.

With established networks across aviation, luxury travel, and hospitality, REGESA operates at the forefront of accessibility innovation—setting a new benchmark for those who value autonomy without compromise.

Voluntary by law. Essential by design.

REGESA—because access should never be a negotiation.

REGESA

Know Your Rights. Navigate with Confidence.

Under the Equality Act 2010, Assistance Dogs have the legal right to access public spaces—including restaurants, cafés, and other food establishments. Blanket “no dogs” policies do not apply to trained Assistance Dogs. Refusing access is not only unjust—it is a form of discrimination that carries serious legal consequences.

Importantly, there is no legal requirement for Assistance Dogs to wear a vest, harness, or visible identifier to assert these rights. An Assistance Dog is defined by its function—not by its appearance.

At REGESA, we provide supportive tools that empower handlers to move through public and private spaces with clarity, dignity, and control. Our aim is not to prove your rights—but to help you exercise them with ease and confidence.

REGESA. Quiet authority, wherever you go.

Empowering Lives: The Mission Behind REGESA’s Assistance Dog ID Solutions

REGESA is redefining accessibility for Assistance Dog handlers through the provision of strategic, optional tools that reduce friction in public settings and reinforce handler confidence. Designed to support varied personal approaches, these tools empower individuals to assert their rights with discretion and control. At its core, REGESA delivers solutions that combine legal awareness with operational efficiency—upholding the protections afforded under the Equality Act 2010 while elevating the standard of interaction in both public and private environments.

At REGESA, we don’t just offer solutions—we redefine how Assistance Dog users take control in public spaces. Our approach is built on discretion, clarity, and authority—empowering handlers to navigate daily life with seamless confidence. Whether managing routine encounters or high-level environments, REGESA equips individuals with the presence and proof to own every space they enter. It’s more than access—it’s assurance, delivered with purpose and protected by law.

At REGESA, we’re not just offering tools—we’re equipping you to lead with authority. Every solution we design serves one purpose: to put control back where it belongs—with the handler. Whether your priority is discretion, recognition, or seamless access, REGESA empowers you to move through the world without barriers, questions, or compromise. It’s about elevating confidence, eliminating friction, and ensuring that wherever you go, you do so entirely on your terms.
